Main duties with examples:
- Shall create and execute plans to win designs and grow
  business with GCT target customers in North America, mainly
  focusing on Handsets, WLAN, Consumer Audio and PC OEMs
- Shall personally build and maintain relationships with senior
  management of GCT target customers in North America.
- Shall recruit, train, and manage GCT sales representatives in
  select markets in North America.
- Shall lead the GCT cross-functional team (sales, applications,
  marketing, engineering, and production) to win designs with
  GCT target customers in North America.
- Shall close design wins at GCT target customers in
  North America.
- Shall recruit and manage field applications engineers in future
  as we decide to add them.
- Shall forecast bookings, billings, and design wins to
  GCT management.
- Shall frequently communicate customer, market, and
  competition information internally within GCT, including writing
  and distributing contact reports after all significant interactions
  with target customers.
Requirements:
- Experienced communications semiconductor sales director.
- Strong relationships with target customers in North America
  (Handset, WLAN, PC OEMs and/or Consumer Audio)
- Experienced with recruiting, training, and managing sales
  representatives in North America.
- Minimum BSEE or equivalent, MBA preferred.
